I'm incredibly sorry that you've been affected by our increased shipping charges.
Please know that this decision was not easy for us to make as we knew it would impact our fantastic customers. However, our number one priority is to ensure your yarn gets to you safely and sadly in order to achieve that, we were forced to increase our shipping charges for the first time in 4 years.
