You can see the status of the orders you've placed in your Account Dashboard.
To get to your Account Dashboard, make sure you’re signed in. Then go to ‘Me’ in the top right corner of the website, and then to 'Account' in the dropdown. It will display one of the statuses below:
Sent to warehouse: Your order has been received and sent to be processed at the warehouse
Processing: Your order has been received and is being packaged in our warehouse
Complete: Your order has been despatched and handed over to the delivery service
Refunded: A refund has been issued
So don't worry if it says your order is complete but you haven't received it yet – this just means its out with the delivery service, on its way to you!
