My Address has an error.

When you are excited about your new yarns and project it can be very tempting to click through the billing and delivery addresses quickly.

Please take the time to check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error please get in touch as soon as you can and a member of our Smiles Team will try and resolve that for you. If your parcel has already been despatched it is unlikely that the address can be updated, especially for international delivery.

If you have a customer account you can save several address (for example, home, workplace, a neighbour) and choose the one that suits you each time you order. If you need any help updating your addresses please do not hesitate to get in touch.

If you check out using PayPal express please check that your default PayPal address is up to date.
