I have forgotten to add something or I added too many items.

We know how it feels, when you have placed an order and then you check your pattern and realise that you needed 6 balls of yarn not 5. Unfortunately in our endeavour to despatch your parcels as quickly as possible we are not able to add an item after your payment has completed or to combine orders.

 If you need extra yarn and want to ensure the same dyelot please telephone our Smiles Team and they will check availability for you. You can find our details here contact us

 If you have ordered too much you can return anything you do not need.
