If you notice your address is wrong after you’ve placed your order, it is unlikely that the address can be changed.
If the parcel is being delivered with Hermes in the UK, Our Smiles Team can try to intercept the parcel and liaise with them to correct the address whilst at one of their depots. Please be aware that this process might add a few days to the delivery time. Contact my team here if you’d like us to try this.
Unfortunately packages sent outside of the UK aren’t tracked, so we can’t make any changes to the delivery address. In this case your local post service may be able to help you catch the parcel if its just a small error, or get it forwarded from an old address.
