Update my address or email address details ?

To change your email address or address, please login to your account using the link in the top right corner.

Next, go to your Account Dashboard, please click on 'Account' in the top right drop-down menu. Here you can view and edit your billing and delivery addresses for future orders in the section titled ' Address Book'

You can save as many addresses as you like, very handy for having parcels delivered to a work place occasionally or for sending a gift to a friend. You can select the one that is most suitable when you check out your next order.

 Please remember that updating the address after you have placed your order will not update it on your parcel, please contact our Smiles Team and they will do their best to assist.

    I recently logged into your website from Norway. Now all your prices are shown in Norwegian krone !
    Also the pattern I am working on through your app keeps going into a foreign language - presumably Norwegian.
    Help please!

    Hi Sue, I suggest you clear all your cookies ( you can find instructions for your devise on google ) . You can then change the site you are viewing by scrolling to the bottom of the page and using the drop down menu. I hope that helps.

    Hi Linda, you can update your email address by logging into your account and selecting account information in the account area. You can also edit your delivery and billing addresses and your email preferences. If you still need help please dont hesitate to get in touch.
