If you notice your address has been entered incorrectly and the parcel has been dispatched, it is unlikely that the address can be updated, especially for international delivery.
If the parcel is being delivered with Hermes we can try to intercept the parcel and liaise with them to correct the address whilst at one of their depots. Please be aware this can add a few days to the delivery time.
If your parcel is being shipped from the US we are unable to change the address and we would only be able to take action once the parcel has been received back into our warehouse.
So for example the courier is unable to deliver to the incorrect address and the parcel is returned back to us by Yodel.
If the parcel has tracking we can keep watching the tracking and once the tracking shows the item is being returned to us we can then take action.
However we will always do our best to work with you to find a solution to the problem, so please contact us by phone as soon as you can if you have this issue and we will try to advise on the best course of action!
If you have a customer account you can save several address (for example, home, workplace, a neighbour) and choose the one that suits you each time you order. If you need any help updating your addresses please do not hesitate to get in touch.
