What happens if a customer is unhappy with my pattern?

Our Smiles team will do their best to help the customer with their pattern and solve any problems with it.

In the unlikely occasion that a customer is not satisfied with a pattern, due to problem with the pattern, we will issue them a refund and take the cost out of your next monthly payment.

    Hi I have ordered and paid for two patterns but how do I download them? Do I have to wait for you to load them to my account or do I just go back to the patterns and download them (or will I be charged again?) Its not very clear how you get these once paid for.
