Delivery from our US warehouse

You may have noticed that some of our items have a little van symbol like this:

In order to be able to offer you an even more exciting range of products, we have a warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri.

We're now stocking some wonderful American brands, that you won't be able to get from other British companies, like Lion Brand, Classic Elite and Berroco. As well as this, if we don't have enough stock of an item in the UK, we may be able to send it to you from the American warehouse.

You don't need to worry about any hidden charges, you won't be liable for any additional import duties or taxes and you will pay the same amount for delivery as if it was coming from our UK warehouse.

These items will take a little longer arrive, usually 7-10 working days after despatch (as opposed to our estimate of up to 3 working days for the items from the UK warehouse being sent to UK addresses) but we hope you'll agree that our new products are something worth looking forward to!

If you have items in your order coming from the US and you have not received them after 10 working days from your despatch confirmation, please feel free to contact us  and we'll do whatever we can to keep you smiling!

 

 

International customers

If we agree to supply any Goods ordered from one of the Websites for delivery to countries outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price including applicable sales tax and the cost of delivery.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. When shipping products internationally, please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

    I was just about to cancel my order . Previously I have been stung with charges from the Post Office for collecting the small import charge. Well done for giving this information.

    I live in Australia and have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from LoveKnitting. Their UK delivery is quick - anything from the US takes much longer to get here. When an order didn't arrive they credited me immediately and have always answered questions promptly and look into situations instead of palming me off onto someone else
    I love this site and no longer shop at my local chain-store wool shop as it stocks mainly yarns made in China as opposed to the quality and beautiful Italian and Spanish ones you offer at much cheaper prices - despite the fact the Australian $$ is effectively worthless these days

    I live in Australia and i was sceptical as my first order was part US part UK though US was much slower as stated all still arrived 10 working days is notmally what i wait fir an order to arrive. As far as any problems i have had a few but always had them resolved or answer to my question within 24hrs. Highly recommend
