International delivery times

If you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday, we aim to send your package out on the same day. Order after 4pm or at the weekend and we'll dispatch your order on the next working day. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. 

To keep our delivery prices low, we only track the largest packages.

Australia/ New Zealand

Royal Mail Airmail typically takes seven to ten working days to arrive, then Royal Mail hands over to Australia Post / New Zealand Post for local delivery. If you haven't received your package after ten working days, please contact us and a member of our Smiles Team will be happy to help.

Europe (Including Scandinavia & Ireland)
Royal Mail Airmail, which typically takes five to seven working days, is handled by your local postal service (not via a courier). If you haven't received your package after seven working days, please contact us and we'll do our best to solve the delivery mystery!

Rest of the world
All of our international post is sent via Royal Mail airmail. If the delivery time to your country is not listed, please contact us and we'll be happy to find out. If you haven't received your package after ten working days, please contact us and a member of our Smiles Team will be happy to help.

Bank holidays or national holidays
Please bear in mind that any local holidays may affect delivery times.

    Hi Christina, we do have 2 warehouses so it's possible the rest of your order is still on its way! I've sent you an email requesting more information about your order, so I can check this is the case.

    I have emailed with no response. Only half of my order arrived, which was almost two weeks ago and the other half has yet to show up even though it was dispatched over two weeks ago at the same time. Is there a way someone can respond to look into this?
