If you haven't received the email with your new password that you requested, here are a couple of things that can go wrong and might get you back in:
- The email we sent could be caught in your spam folder so please check in here. You can search for 'LoveKnitting' or 'LoveCrochet' in your email folders to see if it pops up there.
- There could be a spelling or typing error in the email address that you used when you created the account. In this case you'd need to make a new account with the right address.
- You may not be a registered customer. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, it doesn't automatically create a customer account, so you'll have to make on separately.
