Returning unwanted items from within the UK

Whether you've changed your mind or have a ball left over, you can return unwanted items for free within 30 days of receipt using the Freepost 'Return To' label on your delivery note.

If you need to return faulty or damaged goods, please see here

Items must be in their original packaging and condition, if the item is part of a kit, set or pack the whole kit, set or pack must be returned. If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the discount given in the offer. We can only refund items returned to us unused and in a sellable condition. Please include your packing slip (or a copy if you want to keep it) so we know who the parcel is from and indicate why you are returning the items. If you've lost your packing slip please make sure you include your name and order number with your package so we know which order to refund. You can download a new address label here Return Label  if you no longer have one.

Parcels are returned using a second class Royal Mail service and can take up to 10 days to arrive. We will issue your refund within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. It is important that you request a postage receipt just in case your parcel goes astray. We can't accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

In addition to our Returns and Refunds Policy, under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can cancel your order within seven working days after receiving any goods. If you exercise this statutory right, we'll give you a full refund of the price paid and original delivery cost, once we receive the goods in a sellable condition. If you want to do this, you need to notify us in writing within seven working days of receiving the goods, including the order number and details of your claim. Your notification (email, letter or fax) will be deemed to have been received on the date you send it. The goods must be sent with their original, undamaged packaging and original invoice. If you need some advice on this, please email, call 0845 5760 007 (Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm), send us a message here or use our online chat option via the pop-up on the bottom right of the screen.

My customer asked me to knit him a zipped cabled cardigan in
    Patons Extrafine Merino DK

10 x balls Burgundy 5 x bballs Medium Grey Heather
As I knitted the back and 2 fronts, I was running out of yarn balls, so ordered a few more balls in both colours. I have completed the cardigan and have some surplus yarn balls left over.

Can I return them past the 30 days return policy?
The 3 balls are unused and in saleable condition. I am afraid I bought too many balls. I am returning them on .Thursday this week.

    Kind regards
