You can return your items by using the 'Return To:' sticker at the bottom of your paper invoice. Please include your original invoice and indicate why you are returning your item. If you have lost your paper invoice or would prefer to keep it, please include a note with your name, address and order number so that we know which order to refund.
As soon as our warehouse team have received your products, in sellable condition, we will issue you with a refund for the original cost and let you know by email.
Parcels are returned using a second class Royal Mail service and can take up to 10 days to arrive.
