If you can't log in to your account, you can reset your password by following these easy steps.
- Click 'Join/Sign in' at the top right of the screen.
- Click 'Forgot Your Password?' and enter your email address.
- You'll receive an email from us with a link to reset your password.
- Click on the link in the email and enter your new password. You should now see confirmation that your password has been updated.
Here are a few reasons why you may not have received a new password:
- The email could be caught in your spam folder. Please check in your spam folder and also search your email for "LoveKnitting" or "LoveCrochet".
- There may be a spelling or typing error in the email address that you used when you created the account.
- You may not be a registered customer. If you've subscribed to our email newsletter, it doesn't automatically create a customer account.
